Ana is a Partner at Prica & Partners. She focuses on dispute resolution, energy, infrastructure and telecommunications. Ana represents clients on international arbitration before the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and Serbian Chamber of Commerce, as well as before some of the main international and domestic ad hoc tribunals. She takes a commercial approach to resolving any kind of dispute and managing the entire dispute process for her clients. In the field of energy and natural resources, Ana advises on legal matters such as the set-up of an energy project, transactions, energy licensing reviewing trading agreements. Ana advised Gazprom Neft on the EUR 400 million acquisition of a majority stake in the Petrol Industry of Serbia (NIS). As the co-head of the firm’s telecommunications group, she offers her extensive market experience and in-depth knowledge of local regulations to clients active in this field.
Throughout her over 15 years of professional working experience, Ana has led and advised numerous significant transactions for clients like Gazprom, MET, Shell, Enel Trade, EON, Ayen, Alpiq, Mytilineos, and M-Tel.
