Zorana is a Senior Associate at Prica & Partners. She focuses on intellectual property matters. She advises on all aspects of IP law regarding the protection, enforcement, defence, acquisition and the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights. Zorana is specialised in IP transactional work and provides full support on pre- and post-transactional IP services and delivers thorough IP due diligence investigations.
She has more than 35 years of professional experience in the field of intellectual property and has assisted numerous national and international clients in IP-related matters in Serbia.
Before joining Prica & Partners, Zorana worked as legal counsel for different private companies in Serbia and abroad, as well as for a leading law firm in New York. Besides working as an intellectual property lawyer, Zorana also teaches legal English at the Law Faculty of the Union University in Belgrade.
