Vladimir is a Senior Associate at Prica & Partners. He focuses on dispute resolution and restructuring & insolvency. He assists clients in domestic and international arbitrations, corporate and commercial litigations and disputes involving labour law, tax and customs regulations. Vladimir also represents national and international creditors, debtors and investors in cases regarding corporate restructuring, workouts, bankruptcy administration, liquidation, enforcement of pledges, insolvency issues and proceedings, as well as the dissolution of companies.
With over 10 years of professional experience, he has advised on numerous national and international disputes and investigations. Besides his dispute resolution expertise, Vladimir has participated as the team member in several high-profile M&A transactions in Serbia including the acquisition of NIS – Petroleum Industry of Serbia by Gazprom Neft and the sale of Droga Kolinska to Altantic Grupa.
