Tijana is a Partner at Prica & Partners. She focuses on dispute resolution, competition, banking & finance and. pharmaceuticals. She represents clients in commercial disputes before domestic and international commercial arbitration committees like the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and Serbian Chamber of Commerce. In the field of banking & finance, Tijana advises banks and financial institutions, insurers, funds and investors on the entire spectrum of banking and finance services. Some of her clients include the Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia, BNP Paribas, EBRD and EFG Bank among others. She advised on privatisation of several leading Serbian banks.
As a co-head of the firm’s competition law team, she provides legal advice on competition law matters related to corporate acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures, as well as in relation to state aid and public procurement. Tijana also contributed her knowledge to the Kluwer’s “Competition Law in Central and Eastern Europe: A Practitioner’s Guide,” which is used as a professional knowledge resource by practitioners worldwide.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Tijana has been appointed as a key legal advisor for pharmaceutical clients like Abbvie, Abbott Laboratories S.A., Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Lek/Sandoz (members of Novartis Group), Boehringer, Ingenix, Merck & Co and others.
