Mihajlo is Managing Partner at Prica & Partners and heads the firm’s banking & finance department. He has an in-depth knowledge of the local banking and finance sector, providing insightful legal advice including general lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, structured finance, equity investments, NPL portfolio acquisitions and project financing, as well as the assessment of loan and debt structures. Mihajlo advised Deutsche Bank / UBS as underwriters in the first international IPO project involving a Serbian company on the LSE. Mihajlo also leads the firm’s telecommunications team. He has profound experience working with government owned incumbent operators, regulatory bodies and service providers, as well as in-depth understanding of the applicable regulations, interconnection, licensing and unfair commercial practices. His skillset enables him to provide outstanding legal advice to clients in this regard.
Throughout his career, Mihajlo has become a renowned banking and finance expert in Serbia with a strong and high-profile client base, which includes the International Finance Corporation, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Deutsche Bank and the National Bank of Greece among others.
