Jovana Obradović

Jovana is an Associate at Prica & Partners. She focuses on advising clients on corporate, M&A, employment, immigration and real estate law matters. Jovana assists on general corporate law matters such as corporate and commercial transactions, incorporation matters, contract drafting and review, corporate governance issues, shareholder matters, as well as on capital transactions, and legal matters in the construction of renewable energy facilities.

She also assists in advising clients on the full range of real estate matters and advises numerous clients on immigration issues, in respect to residence and work permits for foreign nationals in Serbia.

Jovana has represented multinational and domestic companies in various dispute claims.
