Dušan Preradović

Dušan has a broad background in banking and finance matters, having worked as an in-house legal counsel for several banks, including UniCredit Bank and Hypo-Alpe-Adria Bank, as well as HETA Asset Resolution. He has worked on major NPL portfolio sales and restructuring projects, including the largest restructuring case in Serbia.

Dušan is also a well-known corporate and M&A lawyer. He assists Serbian and international companies on all types of corporate law issues, including corporate and commercial transactions, incorporation and disinvestment matters, contract drafting and review, shareholder issues and corporate governance.
