His recent experience also consists of advising Credit Suisse on a sovereign loan to Montenegro, advising the government of Serbia in relation to the privatisation of Telekom Srbija, advising a consortium of local banks and IFIs in the complex restructuring of financial indebtedness of a leading Serbian agribusiness conglomerate; advising a consortium of local banks and IFIs on the restructuring of financial indebtedness of a leading regional player in the retail sector; advising a group of local banks and leasing companies on consensual financial restructuring of leading Serbian public transportation company, among others.
