Prica & Partners’ expert on energy law and UPES member Ana Čalić Turudija, Partner as well as Ana Krstić, Associate were amongst over 100 participants at the Serbian Energy Law Association (UPES) fourth annual Conference, which was conducted in the form of a webinar on 8/9 December 2021.

This year’s main topics covered were:

• (day 1) Energy prices, the environment and climate change
• (day 2) Energy prices, supply and demand

Conference participants were lawyers and other energy and environmental experts, consultants in the field of energy economics, members of the European Federation of Energy Law Association (EFELA), members of national associations of energy law, representatives of professional associations, etc. from Serbia and abroad.

Vicente Lopez Ibor-Maior, President of the European Federation of Energy Law Associations (EFELA) made opening remarks followed by remarks by Branislava Lepotić Kovačević, President of the UPES. Key Speaker was Dirk Buschle, Deputy Director and Legal Counsel of the Energy Community Secretariat. Many participants contributed to valuable discussions on the topics of energy prices, environment, and climate change provided by distinguished guests and experts.

Serbian Energy Law Association (UPES) was founded in June 2018 with the goal of linking experts in the field of energy law and energy related legislation in Serbia and Europe. The association is an associate member of the European Federation of Energy Law Association (EFELA).
