At the Third Annual Conference on Real Estate held at Hyatt Hotel on March 03 and 04, 2008, Darija Ognjenović as a panelist at the first panel session gave an outline of the open issues that foreign investors face when contemplating a real estate investment in Serbia. The conference was attended by the most prominent foreign and domestic real estate developers, construction companies, consultants, etc.
