After four years of litigation in front of the Commercial court of Belgrade, Prica & Partners won the case and defended its client AstraZeneca against unjustified claim for damages filed by Goodwill Pharma. Namely, Goodwill Pharma sued AstraZeneca and asked for damages (both actual damage and loss of profit) caused by the alleged groundless termination of negotiation. Prica & Partners successfully proved that the termination of negotiations were justified and the claim for damages was rejected in its entirety. Ana Čalić Turudija and Miloš Vulić acted as lead counsel on this matter.
