Prica & Partners successfully represented Slovenian pharmaceutical company Lek d.d. Ljubljana (part of Novartis group) in an international commercial arbitration before the Permanent Arbitration Court of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, obtaining the arbitration award in favor of the client for the collection of pecuniary claims from the long-lasting business relationship in production of pharmaceuticals.
