The firm successfully represented major client in retail sector DM drogerie, in the labor litigation before the Basic court of Sombor. After successful defense of the pecuniary claim for damages raised against DM, the first instance court in the repeated procedure again rejected all claims against DM and imposed on plaintiff obligation to compensate DM for all litigation costs.
