We are excited to announce the promotion of our colleague Jovana Obradović to the position of Senior Associate.

Jovana has been a valued member of Prica & Partners since 2013 and in recognition of her professional skills and contribution to the firm over the previous eleven years she has been promoted to the Senior Associate position.

She concentrates her practice on corporate law and real estate matters. She is also active in the M&A transactions team. She regularly advises clients on immigration issues in respect to residence and work permits for foreign nationals in Serbia. Furthermore, Jovana advises debtors, creditors and investors on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy administration, liquidation, enforcement of pledges, insolvency issues and proceedings, as well as the dissolution of companies. Jovana has represented multinational and domestic companies in various dispute claims.

Jovana is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
