Prica & Partners Promotion Announcement
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tijana Lalić to the position of a Partner. Tijana Lalić has been a valued member of Prica & Partners for 15 years. After graduating at the Faculty of Law, Belgrade University in 2002, Tijana acquired her LL.M. degree at the University of Oxford (Faculty of Law) in the area of European and Comparative Law. She joined Prica & Partners in 2004 and was promoted to junior partner position in 2014. Tijana’s practice focuses on competition, banking and finance, arbitration and litigation.
In the field of dispute resolution Tijana represents clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations. She has experience as an arbitrator in international commercial arbitration. She was selected as one of the 6-member team by the Serbian Arbitration Association (which formed the permanent arbitration institution – Belgrade Arbitration Centre that deals with domestic and international commercial arbitration) to work on the project of promotion of arbitration with in-house lawyers of the companies established in Serbia. As a co-head of the firm’s competition practice, she provides legal advice on competition law matters related to corporate acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures, as well as in relation to state aid and public procurement. She specializes in the pharmaceutical sector where she advises multinational clients on a broad spectrum of legal issues from corporate and competition to IP and general regulatory matters. Tijana is one of the authors of the Serbian chapter of Kluwer’s “Competition Law in Central and Eastern Europe: A Practitioner’s Guide”. She is a member of Oxford Alumni, Arbitration Association, Belgrade Bar Association.
