TIJANA LALIĆ, LL.M.

After graduating at the Faculty of Law, Belgrade University in 2002, Tijana obtained her LL.M. degree from Oxford University in the area of European and Comparative Law (2003). Tijana has been with Prica &  Partners since 2004. She concentrates her practice on competition, banking and finance, litigation and arbitration. Tijana specializes in the pharmaceutical sector where she advises multinational clients on a broad spectrum of legal issues from corporate and competition to IP and general regulatory matters. Tijana is one of the authors of the Serbian chapter of Kluwer’s “Competition Law in Central and Eastern Europe: A Practitioner’s Guide” (2013). She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.

MILOŠ VULIĆ

Miloš obtained his law degree in 2006 from the Faculty of Law, Belgrade University. He commenced his legal career in 2007 by joining Prica & Partners. Over the last seven years Miloš has made a significant contribution to the firm’s real estate team with involvement as key legal adviser in a number of major real estate projects. Miloš regularly represents corporate clients in commercial litigation. He also represents local and international companies (both as creditors and debtors) in bankruptcy, reorganization and liquidation procedures. In addition, he has particular experience in the field of energy law. Miloš is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association
