We are pleased to announce that in cooperation with Esin Attorney Partnership we have advised Acibadem, a Turkish healthcare group, in connection with acquisition of 70% stake in one of the key Serbian private healthcare providers – Bel Medic Group.

Acibadem Healthcare Group, established in 1991, is the leading private provider of diagnostic and treatment services in Turkey. The transaction boosts Acıbadem’s beds globally to more than 4,200 across 22 hospitals.

In Serbia the group will operate under the name “Acıbadem Bel Medic” and will form the sixth hospital of Acıbadem’s European portfolio (three hospitals in Bulgaria, one in Netherlands and North Macedonia).
