Our team member Tijana Lalić, Partner at Prica & Partners, participated in today’s presentation and discussion on the topic “Arbitration as an efficient way of resolving disputes in Serbia” at the event organized in Belgrade jointly by the Foreign Investors Council and the Serbian Arbitration Association.

Presentation given to the members of the Foreign Investors Council focused on the advantages of arbitration over litigation, for both domestic and international commercial disputes, and presented practice and organization of Belgrade Arbitration Centre (BAC), newly formed permanent arbitration institution in Serbia.
