After many years of civil proceedings we have received the court decision of a full force and effect rendered by the Commercial Appellate Court acknowledging the claim of Mytilineos Holdings S.A. in the amount of over USD 46 million against the Serbian bank – Jugobanka a.d. Belgrade currently undergoing bankruptcy procedure.
