One of the Prica & Partners’ major projects in 2019 has been selected for the CEE Legal Matters 2019 CEE Deal of the Year Award Shortlist.

The project of Belgrade Industrial park pertains to development of 320 hectares of land, located in the northwestern part of Belgrade. The park will be developed by a joint venture company, recently established by the Republic of Serbia and Guangzhou CRBC (a subsidiary of Chinese giants China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) and China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC)). As a result, this project will enter a new and exciting phase of development in a foreseeable future.
