Senior Associate at Prica & Partners, Vladimir Perić, attended this conference which took place in Belgrade on June 5, 2013.

The conference was organized by the Centre for Free Elections and Democracy, with support from the Embassy of Finland in Serbia and Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities.

The conference brought together, amongst other, Executives of the Public Utility Companies; biomass-focused economists, lawyers and scientists; Finnish technology vendors, private & institutional investors, IFIs and leading consulting firms and development agencies.

It highlighted biomass as a realistic, sustainable and bankable solution to the district heating problem in Serbia.
