Milica Bundalo

Milica is a Junior Associate at Prica & Partners. She assists clients in connection with commercial matters daily.

She focuses on various corporate issues such as foundation of companies, registration of a range of corporate changes in the Register of Companies kept with the Serbian Business Registers Agency, as well as contract drafting and review, corporate governance issues, shareholder matters, etc.

During her studies Milica was awarded the Certificate of Commendation for the best students in each of 4 academic years. She participated in numerous study groups, legal clinics and conferences in the field of commercial, company, tax, administrative, civil and obligation law and intellectual property law.
