Lana Bulatović

Lana is a Junior Associate at Prica & Partners. She assists clients in connection with commercial matters daily.

She focuses on various corporate issues such as foundation of companies, registration of a range of corporate changes in the Register of Companies kept with the Serbian Business Registers Agency, as well as contract drafting and review, corporate governance issues, shareholder matters, etc.

During her studies Lana participated in numerous study groups, legal clinics, and conferences in the field of commercial, company, human rights, administrative, civil, obligation law and international public law.
