Tijana Lalić Represents Prica & Partners at Serbian Visions Congress
The Belgrade Arbitration Centre (BAC), is participating in the multi congress “Serbian Visions,” a gathering of civil society organizations, professional and other associations, institutes, institutions and businesses, aimed at strengthening the role of civilian movements and creating a more favourable economic environment by emphasising important country-development activities. The event, which will be held at the Radisson Old Mill Hotel in Belgrade on 24-25 November 2018, is being organised by the German Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK) in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS).
Prica & Partner’s Junior Partner, Tijana Lalić, will participate in a panel discussion aimed at informing the public about the new institutional arbitration centre in Serbia – Belgrade Arbitration Center (“BAC”) and its arbitration rules. The panel will compare this arbitration to other arbitrations that are available to the Serbian business community and focus on all advantages for this type of private dispute resolution in comparison with the commercial court proceedings. Another representative of Prica & Partners, Junior Associate Blagoje Milošević will participate in demonstration of BAC arbitration in practice.
BAC is a voluntary, non-governmental and non-profit association of legal professionals and other individuals that currently gathers over 100 members – attorneys, university professors and lecturers, judges and commercial lawyers in Serbia with expertise in domestic and international arbitration. Even though the Congress is not dedicated to solely business community, it will be a good place for all participants to learn more about BAC and its activities.
