At the Second Annual Conference on Energy held at the Hyatt Hotel in Belgrade on April 15, 2008, Mihajlo Prica, as a panelist at the first panel session gave an outline of the legal framework for privatization and modernization of the energy sector in Serbia. The conference was attended by the most prominent foreign and domestic players at the energy market and the Gazprom Neft investment in Serbia was the main focus of the conference.
