Prica & Partners attended AstraZeneca’s celebration in Belgrade
The pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca marked its significant milestone by inaugurating a new business space in Belgrade last week. In addition to the opening of the new business space, AstraZeneca also celebrated 25 years since the merger of Astra and Zeneca. In 1999, the merger of the Swedish Astra AB and the British Zeneca group propelled AstraZeneca to become one of the leading pharmaceutical companies globally.
The ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials of the company, including Hans Sijbesma, Area Vice President CEE-BA, Ksenija Purković, Balkan Cluster Director, but also H. E. Edvard Ferguson, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Serbia, and Bjorn Clavey, First Secretary of the Embassy of Sweden in Serbia. Among the esteemed guests, representatives from our law firm Ana Čalić Turudija, Partner and Jelena Živanović, Senior Associate were also present, underscoring Prica & Partners’ special role in collaboration with AstraZeneca.
In honour of this significant milestone, Prica & Partners were presented with a special acknowledgment for 45 years of immense contribution and dedication to the company.
We express our sincere gratitude to our partners at AstraZeneca for their trust and longstanding collaboration, which began in 1978. We look forward to continuing our successful business relationship and anticipate achieving new milestones together!
