Prica & Partners, in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) held a special legal clinic at the Belgrade premises of SCC on June 07, 2016.

The legal clinic, first of its kind at SCC, under the title “Practical application of legislation in business” was organized primarily for the members of SCC – holders of the award-winning Excellent SME certificate.

This successful seminar, presented by four of our experienced lawyers, was structured around the most important topics for day-to-day business of many companies, such as (i) International agreements, (ii) Compliance with competition regulation, (iii) Personal data protection, (iv) Securing of claims, (v) How to avoid difficulties of debt collection, (vi) Labour legislation etc.

Representatives of more than 35 small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), as well as members of the public sector present at this event, had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest legislation and to obtain answers to questions, issues and concerns they come across in practice.

The clinic was concluded with an open possibility that the next one is scheduled for any other hot legal topic, which would be of interest the attendees.
