On the invitation of the IFC Legal Department partner Ms A.Čalić-Turudija attended a workshop in Istanbul from July 12 to July 14, 2010.

The workshop hosted by the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group (“IFC”) brought together legal counsel from 22 countries in the Europe and Central Asia (“ECA”) region.

IFC’s Vice President and General Counsel Ms Rachel Robbins, and the IFC lawyers in the Europe and Central Asia Region were in attendance. Taking into consideration that ECA remains the top priority of the IFC, they are planning to increase its overall presence in the region translating into more investment opportunities.

This event was an exciting knowledge sharing and networking experience for the representatives of approximately 38 law firms across the region.
