On July 11, 2013 the head of our Competition Practice Darija Ognjenović took part in the „Antitrust training session 2013 BIB Beograd“

On the invitation from the representatives of the Intesa Sanpaolo, Antitrust Team, Milano and Banca Intesa ad. Beograd, Ms Ognjenović attended the seminar organized by the bank and dedicated to the European legislation in the area of competition law. On this occasion Ms Ognjenović gave a presentation titled “Competition Protection Rules in Banking Industry” with the special attention to restrictive agreements and dominant position through the prism of the Serbian regulation.
