On 29 April 2015, at Belgrade Art Hotel we hosted a seminar on Personal Data Protection.

Prica & Partners’ associates Jelena Živanović and Iva Popović in their presentations on data protection issues covered the following topics:

• Corporate policies related to processing personal data
• Reporting personal data base requirements
• Transfer of personal data from the Republic of Serbia 
• Penalties for non-compliance with the statutory provisions
• Practice of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

Seminar participants could also learn about implementation of the law. Following the presentations, more than 50 participants from the business community shared their experiences on practical problems about implementation of the law.
