Members of Prica & Partners – Darija Ognjenović, partner and Marijanti Babić, senior associate, attended an international “Competition Day” Conference organized by the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition.

Conference Session I was titled “Spreading awareness on the imporance of competition protection and antimonopoly policy” and Session II “Sanctions and remedies – criteria for setting the type and amount of the fines”.

Distinguished speakers included representatives from the Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, Austrian and Hungarian competition authorities, as well as a number of other high level EU experts on competition.
