Career:  Miloš commenced his professional career in 2007 by joining Prica & Partners


  • Key legal adviser for International Finance Corporation (IFC) in restructuring process of concern Farmakom and its subsidiaries;
  • Key legal adviser for Gucci (member of the Kering group) in purchase of real estate and movable assets of a Serbian company in the enforcement proceedings;
  • Leader of the team in negotiations and conclusion of the agreements regarding transfer of property of Serbian company Trayal to Cooper Tires;
  • Key legal adviser in restructuring of Trayal Corporation in the bankruptcy procedures;
  • In charge of the real estate team regarding acquisition of Hyundai Auto d.o.o. Beograd and its subsidiary in Montengro by AutoBinck N.V.;
  • Representing Cofis of Switzerland in purchase of land lots and construction of two Holiday Inn chain hotels, as well as assisting with related arbitration proceedings;
  • Representing corporate clients in commercial litigations (Holcim, Duferco, UPM Finland, Chrysler, Shell, Piraeus bank, Lek Ljubljana, DM Drogerie);
  • Legal assistance to several companies, both as creditors and debtors, in bankruptcy, reorganization and liquidation procedures.

Miloš participated as a team member in other significant projects:

  • IFC loan facility of Eur 140 million to one of the largest Serbian concerns, which included due diligence on 8 different members of the concern;
  • Potential acquisition of Volksbank leasing by a Polish leasing company Getin Holdings S.A.;
  • Sale of Droga Kolinska, majority shareholder in three major Serbian food and beverage manufacturers, to a Croatian company Atlantic Grupa;
  • Potential acquisition of share in the EPCG - Electric Power Industry of Montenego by Inter Rao, Russia;
  • Acquisition of NIS - Petroleum Industry of Serbia by Gazprom Neft;
  • IKEA and IKEA Group regarding potential purchase of land as well as advising on planning and zoning issues, negotiations with prospective sellers and city authorities.
