Career: Darija commenced her professional career in 2001. She joined Prica & Partners in 2004 and became a partner in 2008.


  • Gazprom Neft, Russia - leader of the team in charge of competition issues in €400 mn acquisition of NIS - Petroleum Industry of Serbia;
  • Carlsberg, Denmark in a potential acquisition of the largest Serbian beverage and bottling company, including advise on competition issues for both Serbian and Montenegrin territory;
  • Raiffeisen Investment AG, Belgrade regarding potential purchase of the joint stock company Robne kuće "Beograd" in bankruptcy, the largest department store chain in Serbia;
  • Duferco, Switzerland in a potential acquisition of a limited liability company in Serbia;
  • HBO CEE in its day-to-day operations in the territory of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Macedonia and general corporate law advice including media, copyright and other issues;
  • Representing, inter alia, the following companies on local clearance procedure of their global merger before the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition: Nokia / Siemens Networks; Generali / PPF Holding; Merck & Co., Inc. / Schering Plough; Merck & Co., Inc. / Sanofi Aventis; Holcim / Lafarge;
  • Clearance of acquisitions before the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition: TBI leasing by the National Bank of Greece; Essie Cosmetics Ltd. by L'Oreal S.A.; Opel by Magna; several acquisitions of Japan Tobacco in EMEA region; acquisition of web media business by Ringier Axel Springer.

Darija has been elected as Arbitrator of the Permanent Arbitration Court of Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
